1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and winvlp ("winvlp", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the winvlp website located at winvlp.net and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, lottery, and any other gaming product offered therein.

By completing the registration process on winvlp, ticking the acceptance checkbox during sign-up, or continuing to use the Platform after any published amendment to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or continue using winvlp.

winvlp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to players. Updated Terms take effect immediately upon publication at winvlp.net/terms-conditions. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the winvlp Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms (as published on the relevant promotional pages), and any other policies or guidelines referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and winvlp with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, negotiations, or understandings between you and winvlp, whether written or oral.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the winvlp Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. winvlp operates a strict 18+ policy and does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any business, partnership, or corporate entity for commercial gain.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by winvlp or any other gaming operator from which you have chosen to exclude yourself.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of winvlp, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless express written consent has been provided by winvlp management.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you and are not otherwise legally prevented from participating in online gaming.

2.1 Age Verification

winvlp reserves the right to request proof of age from any player at any time. Acceptable age verification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification showing date of birth. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the timeframe specified by winvlp support will result in account suspension pending review.

2.2 Jurisdiction Compliance

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the winvlp Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of use. winvlp makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. If you access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or restricted, you do so entirely at your own risk and winvlp accepts no liability whatsoever in such circumstances.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of winvlp services, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on winvlp. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. winvlp employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, winvlp reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold any funds pending investigation.

3.2 Account Security & Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access or use your account, or use another player's account under any circumstances. winvlp will never contact you by any means to request your account password.

In the event that you suspect your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access to your account has occurred, you must notify winvlp support immediately via the live chat function available through your account dashboard or by emailing support at winvlp.net. winvlp accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

winvlp operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with anti-money laundering best practices. Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any other time at winvlp's reasonable discretion, you will be required to provide supporting documentation to verify your identity, address, and payment method. Standard KYC documents include:

• A clear colour copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Confirmation of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of your bKash or Nagad wallet showing your registered mobile number and name).

All KYC documents are handled in strict accordance with the winvlp Privacy Policy. Submission of fraudulent, altered, or third-party documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on winvlp are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). winvlp supports a range of locally relevant payment methods to ensure convenient and fast access to funds for players across Bangladesh.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Winvlp currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

winvlp reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any payment method at any time without prior notice. The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on your location and account status.

4.2 Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your winvlp account balance within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 30 minutes, you must contact support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. winvlp does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from an account not registered in your name may be reversed, and the associated winvlp account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players who have completed the KYC verification process. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used to make the original deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorised withdrawal attempts.

Standard withdrawal processing times at winvlp are as follows: mobile financial service withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within 2–4 hours of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. All times are indicative and measured in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

4.4 Currency & Conversion

All account balances, transactions, and displayed amounts on winvlp are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). winvlp does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. If your payment method operates in a currency other than BDT, any applicable currency conversion charges are the sole responsibility of the payment provider and not winvlp.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

winvlp offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms outlined on the relevant promotional page, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall take precedence.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a verified account and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible to claim the winvlp welcome bonus of 200% up to ৳20,000. This bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. The welcome bonus is credited as bonus funds to your account immediately after the qualifying deposit is confirmed.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by winvlp are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted into withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the relevant promotional page. Unless otherwise specified, the following general conditions apply to all winvlp bonuses:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times using real-money gameplay on eligible games before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are displayed in the bonus terms for each promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from your account balance.
• winvlp reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings if there is evidence that a player has attempted to exploit or abuse the bonus system in any way.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Systematic exploitation of winvlp bonuses — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using mathematical strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, coordinating bonus claims with other players (bonus collusion), or any other strategy that winvlp determines in its reasonable judgement to constitute abuse — is strictly prohibited. winvlp reserves the right to remove bonus funds, reverse bonus-related winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the winvlp Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to use the Platform solely for lawful and personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on winvlp:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during the KYC process.
• Opening or operating more than one account, or allowing a third party to open an account on your behalf.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or attempting to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event on which bets are offered.
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of winvlp.
• Posting, transmitting, or otherwise disseminating offensive, defamatory, or harmful content through any communication channel provided by winvlp.
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name.

winvlp reserves the right to investigate any activity that it reasonably suspects constitutes a breach of these obligations. Where a breach is confirmed, winvlp may take any action it deems appropriate, including but not limited to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of bets and bonuses, withholding of funds, and referral of the matter to law enforcement agencies.

7 Intellectual Property

All content published on the winvlp Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, icons, logos, audio clips, video clips, game assets, interface designs, and compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of winvlp or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws including copyright, trademark, and database rights.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the winvlp Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from winvlp.
• Modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
• Use any winvlp trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written consent.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated or manual means for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorised use of winvlp intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability. winvlp actively monitors for misuse of its brand assets and will pursue remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

winvlp reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to do so, including but not limited to the circumstances described throughout these Terms. In the event that your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any funds attributable to fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity may be withheld in full.

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your winvlp account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, winvlp will process any remaining withdrawable balance to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding investigations are pending. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may do so through the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately across the entire winvlp Platform. 8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. winvlp reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, as disclosed in the cashier section of the Platform. winvlp will make reasonable efforts to notify you at your registered email address before any dormancy fee is applied.
